Gamal is an Animalian politician and former soldier currently serving under the Animalian Patriotic Front.
He was named after Egypt's most popular president Gamal Abdel Nasser
He is an anthropomorphic Landseer and though he dresses like a Muslim he appears like a member of the Saudi religious police or Haia. In his soldier days he wears a white shirt, a black Izaar and a black keffiyeh but no agal unlike most Arab dogs such as Yasser or the Saudi dogs whilst in his government time he and Anwar are more westernized, in Gamal's case he wears a white shirt, grey trousers, a grey jacket and a grey jacket.
Gamal is often viewed as being just as false as the leader of the Animalian Resistance Army Osama because of the fact he cares so little about threats but he will jump at insults saying "If they want to insult us then we will insult them back." alongside many others he is very impressed by the Animalian resistance because of it's terroristic attacks/tactics. Nobody condemns the Junta as much as Gamal does though he condemns it more than it's militias and collaborators.
Behind his false nature though he can get very violent and bad tempered especially on stage towards Tahia which the other Egyptian dogs Hosni and Mohammed are surprised at because usually he shows respect towards Tahia but are thankful that he isn't abusive and also deeply respectful to female allies, not just Tahia. He also jumps at the chance of torture which shows his real abusive side being just as abusive as other members of the resistance namely the A.R.A, the Liberators of Animalia and the Animalian Mujahideen but he is also very chivalrous. Hosni also says of Gamal's chivalrism "To Gamal women are like cows in Hinduism. They are sacred and therefore must not be harmed." Hosni's cow statement also draws very heavy, severe and sharp accusations from other females however. Gamal is also shown to be good with young Junta children and the Junta babies who see him as an animal of children and is also viewed as being like Gamal Abdel Nasser. In his government time though he is much more true.
