Gregorio is a Mexican fox involved with the Fox Junta and is the third in command of the Mexican faction.
Seeing as he is Mexican he has white fur which often leads to the belief that he is anything but Mexican. Others believe that he is Peruvian, Argentine, Hungarian and Polish to name a few but though some know he is Latin American most believe that he is Peruvian or Uruguayan thanks to it's last surviving dictator Conrado Alvarez. His nationality is also established as he has a red underbelly which also leads to myths on how he came to be known like that much like the Hungarian fox Tibor. Unlike the fox though Gregorio's story is that his underbelly is the blood of his enemies whilst Tibor's story is that his underbelly is the colour of his own blood. In his first appearance he is a normal fox but in his return in the Anthro Saga he wears a white shirt, grey trousers and a grey marshall jacket in general but in Argentina he keeps his shirt but instead replaces them with black trousers, a black jacket and a blue and light blue striped tie.
Much like the Estonian general Arnold Gregorio is rather eccentric and is also known by a nickname which in this case is the "Bob Hale of the Junta" because of his dramatic nature and the fact he is prone to long pauses followed by "But not for long" and "Or so we thought" as well as adding up a summary and then keeps talking. Though not as intimidating as Arnold Gregorio still respects him and because he is not as intimidating as Arnold he is more loved by the Junta babies Josefina and Santiago as well as it's sole kitten Valerie.
Behind this eccentricity though he is very cold and calculating and is a fearmonger, there are also four things that Gregorio is intolerant of: Weakness, Stupidity, extreme savagery such as keeping body parts like trophies or as a warning and sycophancy, he is also very conscious of time liking things to run on schedule and is known for his punctuality. Despite these traits though he is relatively understanding but is very, very formal to the point where some people nickname him malevolent. Nonetheless not only is he good with the Junta babies Josefina and Santiago (Valerie is also involved with the Junta but not for very long as by the time she is involved with it the Junta is in it's last days) he is also very good with young Junta children and is also friendly with other members of the Junta and his allies.
