Harriet is a torturer at Trebdanek concentration camp and a former member of the Animalian Junta.

She is an anthropomorphic Puma who like most guards at Trebdanek wears two sets of clothing. On duty and in prison Harriet wears a white blouse, a dark green skirt, a dark green jacket, black boots, black leather gloves and a brown belt across her waist. Off duty she continues to wear her blouse but now wears a white, black and red striped scarf, blue knee length skirt, a blue jacket, standard colored tights, her leather gloves and high heels. During her Junta time she often wears a hooded cloak and is never seen without a riding crop.

Though Kerryn and Crystal are fearsome characters Harriet often puts them to shame. Like Kerryn she often sneaks out at night and takes children from their parents and these are usually very young children earning her the nickname of "The Child Snatcher" but whilst Kerryn keeps some for herself before tiring of them Harriet is shown to be much more sympathetic to children.

Harriet and her friend Sabrina are also shown to be cruel and humiliating to female prisoners because the clothing they wear off duty is stolen from two other prisoners except their tights but as the original owners are supposedly killed Harriet and Sabrina keep their ill gotten clothing though Harriet wears the clothing she wore off duty often when she is out of prison. She also participates in beatings and oversees role calls.

After the Junta falls Harriet is arrested by the Animalian Patriotic Front and sent to the Criminal Tribunal for Animalia also called the Palace of Justice. As well as crimes at the camp Harriet is also convicted of theft and abuse of power and sentenced to three years in prison. Today she lives in Animalia
