He has light blue fur with a yellow stripe down the middle of his head unlike his allies and is from Argentina. In his first appearance he is a normal fox but in his return in the Anthro Saga he is described as being a ghost as he wears a white shirt, a black tie, white trousers and a white jacket. Jorge speaks English and Spanish.
Jorge is often described as being much like Jorge Rafael Videla as he is a very shrewd leader and takes very little chances. Much like Saddam he says "that if I get suspicion about an animal I kill him. For it is better to kill and be mistaken than to mistake and letting him kill me" But he does have a compassionate side towards enemies as he refuses to torture Siad only this turns out to be a hidden secret and he humiliates Siad by pinching his nose with a pincer like a crab's hand. He then proceeds to smear him in blood, choke him with a rag, beating him with a pipe and a stick and deprives him of food, drink and sleep.
He later regrets his actions and decides that Roberto's decision to instantly kill Siad with no trial is too rash so under his influence the Junta and their allies create a military tribunal which is known as the Military tribunal for Argentina. Despite this though he enjoys seeing Siad suffer and also his death when the executioners riddle him with bullets but even though he is unconscious Jorge checks Siad's pulse and kills him with a gunshot wound to the head. Nonetheless Jorge can be docile towards allies and is shown to be good with young Junta children and it's babies.
