Juan Maria Bordaberry

Juan Maria Bordaberry was dictator of Uruguay from 1973 to 1976 when he was succeeded by Alberto Demichelli, Aparicio Mendez and Gregorio Conrado Alvarez. Though none of the Uruguayan generals in the Fox Junta are called Juan nor any Venezuelan generals are called Juan many generals in the Fox Junta are named after him and the Venezuelan dictator Juan Vincente Gomez. The Junta baby Josefina is also named after his wife.
